Shipping, Local Pick up & Delivery

 

Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.All orders with in-stock items are typically processed within 2-4 business days, but can take up to 14 days to ship depending on the item, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All items are shipped from Los Angeles using UPS or USPS. Simple Life Things cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.  

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipments by UPS include 2 delivery attempts after which your order will be returned to Simple Life Things.

Local Delivery

Our discreet courier service will deliver items locally in the Los Angeles area. A contact number for the purchaser and the recipient must be provided so they can be reached should the delivery driver have any issues accessing the building.

If the item can be left safely on a doorstep out of sight from the street, the delivery driver may do so at their discretion. 

Only one delivery attempt will be made for local delivery.  A $30 fee will be applied to reschedule the delivery. If the order contains perishable items an additional fee may be applied if replacement of the item is required for redelivery. 

If purchaser would like to arrange their own Uber Package transport for their local delivery, they may do so, within our store hours. Simple Life Things must be notified if using Uber package and the purchaser must confirm all pick up details with Simple Life Things.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup the Hancock Park area. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email with pick up details.
